Individual Therapy Involves…
01
Weekly, 45-minute sessions. I am available Monday-Thursday.
02
Secure, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
03
Clear, client-directed treatment plan to ensure you’re progressing towards your goals.
Full rate for 45-minute individual sessions is $150.
Payment is due at the time of session. I accept all major credit cards, as well as payment via HSA.
I am in-network with: Aetna & Northwell Direct
I am out-of-network with all other insurance plans. However, I’m committed to ensuring that quality therapy remains accessible.
I accept out-of-network benefits. This means a portion of the fee may be payable by your insurance company, instead of you having to pay the entire amount. Clients often see reimbursement for sessions anywhere from 40-70%.
As a courtesy, I submit claims directly to your insurance company and accept assignment of benefits, so that reimbursement is sent directly to me. You do not need to pay the full session fee up front - no need to wait for reimbursement.

What Can I Expect During Sessions?
During our first intake session, we’ll review your background and your reasons for coming to therapy. Over the course of the next few sessions, we’ll get clear on your goals.
Not sure exactly what you want or need? That’s normal!
Over time, we can figure out what’s most important to YOU.
In our work together, you can expect a balance of practical tools and deeper exploration.
You don’t need to show up every week with a huge “life update.” Sometimes through exploration of everyday stressors, we can uncover common themes and identify areas for improvement. No issue is too small.
I draw from research-backed approaches, but I translate them into everyday language so they actually make sense and feel usable.
Interventions I use:
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): You’ll receive practical tools to calm intense emotions and handle stress without feeling overwhelmed.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): You’ll learn to challenge negative thought patterns so you can see yourself and your life more clearly.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): This intervention assists you in understanding and healing the different “parts” of yourself so you feel more whole.
Relational Therapy: Through this approach, you can begin to notice patterns in your relationships and build deeper, healthier connections.
Mindfulness: You’ll learn how to slow down, be present, and respond to stress with more calm and compassion.
